Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We are seeking a full-time Director of Addiction Recovery to oversee the addiction treatment program at three facilities: South Bend Re-Entry Facility in South Bend, Indiana, Chain O'Lakes Correctional Facility in Albion, Indiana and LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility in LaPorte, Indiana.
The Director of Addiction Recovery oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program at the correctional facility. The Director of Addiction Recovery works with the Statewide Addiction Recovery Leadership Team and communicates with the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) regarding the SUD operations and treatment program.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required
• Current Indiana behavioral health license such as LCAC, LMHC, or LCSW required
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of substance abuse treatment experience in a correctional and/or mental health services environment required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
