Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. DEFINITION OF POSITION: Assesses, prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided. Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures.

RN is responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to RN. The RN is responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professionalnursing. Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice.

Required: None.
Desired: Previous Clinical Experience.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations:Current RN license in the State of Oregon; ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required. Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty may be preferred.
Equipment/Tools/Work Aids:Infusion pumps, PCA pumps, and other medical equipment, computer terminal printer, photocopier, and patient charts.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:Ability to provide care for the patient's age-specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial well-being.
