Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. We are looking for a team member to fulfill an entry level position with Artis Recovery.
Our Local Admins/Yard Services Specialists handle local responsibilities around post repossession activities including answering phones, updating account statuses, cleaning out vehicles, working with company and 3rd party transporters, meeting with customers, and more.
This position is an entry level position into the repossession industry that creates opportunity for growth in working camera cars, recovery trucks, and/or global administration within Artis Recovery.
All candidates must have:
Clean Criminal Background Pass initial and random drug testing Have a clean MVR
Pass minimum age standards set by our insurance provider (be at least 24yrs old) Pass a DOT physical Be ready to pass mandatory industry training (CARS) Be qualified to pass requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties
Employees in this position work out doors for a good portion of the day in the weather meeting with customers, other team members, transporters, and cleaning out vehicles. Team members in this role also use industry and company online systems to update accounts, communicate, and perform most day to day tasks. Tracking of assets, inventory, and appointments requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Good communications skills are needed to answer phones, meet with customers, team members, and the general public.
