Disaster Recovery Analyst jobs in Weymouth, MA

Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     How you make a difference

    As a Recovery Treatment Assistant, you will provide medical and mental health care services to patients in accordance with Massachusetts Department of Corrections policies. Working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), Chief Nursing Officer, and Chief of Social Work, you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate documentation requirements are met and providing effective input into clinical pathways and treatment planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for patient supervision and patient care services to support their recovery journey. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provides therapeutic care to patients, assists with daily activities, and maintains a safe and clean environment. 
    • Assists licensed nursing staff in providing direct services, including data collection, observation, and assistance with activities of daily living. 
    • Acts as a Specially Trained Observer for patients in seclusion or restraint, and oversees patient whereabouts, mealtime assistance, and transportation. 
    • Maintains confidentiality of client information, engages in professional development, and provides age-appropriate care and treatment to patients. 
    • Completes clinical documentation related to patient participation in the recovery plan, including treatment and care. 

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Education

    • High school Diploma, GED or equivalent.

    Experience

    • 1 year experience in mental/behavioral health.

    Licenses/Certifications

    • CPR Certification required prior to providing direct care.
