Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. EcoLube Recovery is looking for a Route Driver to join their team in Puyallup, Washington! Our Route Drivers drive a Class B tanker truck within an assigned territory to collect used oil and spent antifreeze from a variety of commercial and industrial businesses. These products are collected at the Puyallup branch before being transferred to our Portland location for recycling.
Key Responsibilities
· Collect used oil and spent antifreeze from tanks and totes
· Assist with organizing route service events in an efficient and timely manner, including call in services
· Communicate regularly with Customer Service/Dispatch throughout the day
· Make required number of stops each day at various customer locations as scheduled to include Call-In service requests
· Perform field testing and collect samples, as needed, to ensure used oil is of good quality.
· Measure tank to record quantity loaded and/or verify quantity
· Accurately completes all required customer and DOT paperwork.
· Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business as appropriate and inform regular customers of new products or services.
· Listens to and resolves service complaints; involve Branch Manager and/or Account Manager where appropriate
· Unloads truck at their assigned ELR facility each day
· Keeps both interior and exterior of collection truck clean and in good operating order
· Complies with all ELR safety and environmental policies.
· Complies with all standard company operating and safety procedures and protocols
· Act in a professional manner toward customers, prospective customers, vendors, and co-workers
· Other duties as assigned
What do you need?
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· 2 years’ experience driving Class A or B vehicles preferred
· 1-2 year’s route-based driving experience highly preferred
· Valid Class A or B CDL
· Ability to drive manual transmission highly preferred
· Tanker endorsement or ability to obtain tanker endorsement upon hire.
· Basic operating knowledge of computers, including basic Office suite
· Basic math skills
· Strong customer service and problem solving skills
· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English
· Ability to understand instructions given verbally or in writing in English
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
What are the physical requirements (with or without accommodation)?
· Must be able to meet the requirements to pass a DOT physical.
· Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
· Manual dexterity sufficient to drive and operate equipment.

The pay range for this position is $28-30/hr.
This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses in accordance with ELR's Driver Safety Bonus Program.
