Who We're Looking For:*

• Proven experience in water damage mitigation.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead and coach a team of 8-10 crew members in water damage mitigation procedures.
• Manage crew schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of projects.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks to maintain high standards of service.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment and approach challenges with a positive mindset, embodying our motto: "We will find a way!"
