Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. The starting wage is $16.85 per hour from 7am-3pm, $0.35 from 3pm-11pm and $2.10 from 11pm-7am.
Education: Minimum: High school diploma, some college preferred
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains the therapeutic atmosphere by upholding policies and procedures to assure order, safety, and day to day routines appropriate to adult clients with substance abuse disorders or co-occurring disorders. They ensure continuity for the efforts of the treatment staff between the daytime and evening hours, and between the weekday and weekend hours. This person coordinates various aspects of the clients’ treatment needs including orientation and assisting with admissions and discharges. This person applies basic counseling and case management skills for helping clients achieve their treatment goals. May assist with daily living activities, lead clients in educational and recreational activities, or accompany clients to and from medical examinations and treatments. This person may work with nursing or other clinical staff to complete assessments, which may include monitoring of vital signs, administering medications, and charting. Coordinate program services and provide direct back-up assistance to program leadership, operations, and clients in need.
CHILD CARE RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and ability to traverse stairs.
