    BetaNXT is seeking an experienced Information Technology professional to provide technical planning and implementation of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (DR/BCP) strategies, and coordination of DR/BCP events.  The projects and responsibilities will work to ensure that our growing suite of products and related technologies meet enterprise policies and standards.  This role will influence and collaborate with cross functional teams spanning development, product management, infrastructure, network, technology operations, and information security, and provide direction to develop and enhance DR/BCP strategies and capabilities as well as risk analysis and reporting.  The role has a customer-facing component communicating and coordinating our test events and related matters.

    Years of Experience: 2-5 Years

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain technical DR/BCP plans for our Service Bureau environment, in-region and out-of-region, across all technologies supporting our products.
    • Manage and maintain reporting, risk governance, and audit requirements, in collaboration with internal and customer risk and control teams.
    • Organize and lead meetings that include customers, vendors, and/or internal teams to construct and maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation and plans for BCP/DR exercises and events.
    • Validate that the associated processes and reporting meet business needs and requirements:  analyze and recommend appropriate changes and enhancements to risk management processes, reporting, and frameworks in alignment with enterprise business requirements and technology changes and enhancements.
    • Maintain status reports and meet regularly with business and technology owners to ensure non-compliant products and systems are remediated on a timely basis.
    • Sponsor, coordinate, and manage deliverables across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

     Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years IT technical or risk management experience - financial services experience is strongly preferred – DR/BCP experience preferred.
    • Strong program management - able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
    • Experience with public cloud IT risk management and DR/BCP strategies and programs highly desired.
    • Comfortable communicating at all levels internally and externally in an organization
    • Ability to make independent decisions and construct compelling business cases.
