Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     About NORA: NORA collaborates with Organ Procurement Organizations, Transplant Centers, Living Donor Networks, and Laboratories across the nation. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time Emergency Vehicle Drivers for SUVs and tissue donor transport vans.

    Driver Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience driving a police, fire, or ambulance vehicle with emergency red lights and sirens (yellow lights do not apply).
    • Current or past police officers, firefighters, or career EMS workers only.
    • 24-hour on-call shifts.
    • Minimum age of 25.
    • Must live within 30-35 minutes of Lansing.  
    • Clear criminal background check.
    • Clear state driving record verified through DMV, reviewed annually.
    • Successful completion of initial and random drug testing.
    • Attention to quality, safety, and customer service.

    Responsibilities and Duties: Drivers will transport medical teams, organs, tissues, tissue donors, and supplies using NORA vehicles for both emergent and non-emergent organ procurement transportation.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Professional and service-oriented mindset.
    • Uniforms and badges provided.
    • Emergency driving experience with red lights (not yellow lights).

    • Daily On-Call Rate: $50.00 per day
