Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Position Purpose :

    We are seeking a recovery specialist to work with our collaborative healthcare team to provide mental health treatment services.

    This position is located at our Mulberry location working with adults in our crisis residential program. The ideal candidate has a passion for this population and ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.

    The Recovery Specialist assists adult clients in gaining skills and to manage their mental health through facilitating scheduled groups, providing education, and offering supportive interactions.

    Schedule : 8 hour shifts (3rd shift)

    • Shift : Wednesday-Sunday
    • Hours : 12 : 00am - 8 : 00am

    Job Requirements / Qualifications :

    • High school diploma, GED or higher education
    • Advocate for individuals using professionalism and non-adversarial approach
    • Willingness, ability and commitment to serve as a role model for recovery
    • Valid Illinois driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Minimum (RSA)

    Essential Responsibilities :

    • Work hours prescribed and any additional hours-deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. Overtime may be required.
    • Supervise and manage the behavior of the residents and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences for mental health and detoxing clients
    • Implement therapeutic activities and facilitate development of independent living skills.
    • Provide education and support to clients specific to symptoms management and coping skills.
    • Consult with other staff members and plan daily therapeutic direction for designated shift.
    • May facilitate focal group discussion sessions on co-occurring issues.
    • Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as treatment plan reviews, shift meetings or appropriate committee meetings as designated.
    • Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
    • Oversee the cleanliness of the house, resident house jobs, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
    • Serve as a member of the assigned team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
    • Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional code of conduct and within the framework of the law.
    • Facilitate transportation of clients to Rosecrance buildings or hospitals as needed.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
    • Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
    • Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : Based on education, experience and credentials

    Starting pay - $18 / hr

    Shift differentials : Additional pay based on regularly scheduled shift hours

    • Second shift (majority of hours between 3pm and 11pm) : $.25 / hr
    • Third shift (majority of hours between 11pm and 7am) : $.50 / hr

    Work Location : Rosecrance Mulberry Center Rockford, IL
