Disaster Recovery Analyst jobs in Idaho

Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Stewards of Recovery is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who are interested in providing recovery coaching and/or peer support for adults with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Immediate positions are available at our Blackfoot Treatment Center.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Meeting with clients to provide advice and support in accordance with treatment plan
    • Assisting in peer support groups with assigned consumers on a regular basis
    • Supporting/assisting consumers in daily decision making and resolution of minor problems
    • Assisting clients by finding resources, advising the consumer of processes, and encouraging follow through with proposed resolutions, locating social activities, or provide other assistance as needed
    • Accompanying clients to meetings and participates in meetings of community groups to advocate for consumer needs, leading recovery dialogues/self-help sessions with clients
    • Fostering client’s development of healthy relationships by encouraging participation in community activities
    • Observing behavior and evidence of general well-being and discusses observations with the clients
    • Modeling effective coping and self-help techniques to individuals or groups of consumers
    • Providing advice to clients on empowerment skills and successful community living
    • Informing clients on community resources and how to use them appropriately, providing information to consumers and families on specific topics, as assigned

     

    Applicants must have:

    • A recovery coach and/or peer support certification through the State of Idaho
    • Be able to pass a enhanced criminal history background check
    • Lead and clean and sober lifestyle.
    • Very strong boundaries.
