Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. to join our growing Residential treatment team!

Bridgeway is a new kind of healthcare organization providing holistic treatment through addiction recovery, problem gambling treatment, mental health therapy, and primary medical care.
Position Purpose
The Certified Recovery Mentor position partners with a counselor and supports our treatment programs at Bridgeway Recovery Services. The person in this position will be the first point of contact with all incoming clients and focus on developing supportive relationships with potential and current clients. The mentor will help potential clients enroll in services and connect them to a primary counselor. Advocacy and community education is another aspect of this role which includes providing information and resources to community organizations, around Addiction and referral to services. The mentor will work in collaboration with the counselor to provide a treatment team approach to clients.
