Disaster Recovery Analyst implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Analyst identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Intensive Support Services (ISS) provides mentoring, crisis intervention, individual counseling, and evidenced-based group programs to Marathon County youth and their families. The Youth Worker meets with youth and families to provide electronic monitoring and substance testing as directed by Marathon County enabling youth to safely remain in the community while working towards their goals and fulfilling their court ordered obligations. This position meets with clients primarily in the community.
The Youth Worker empowers youth and families through strengths-based interactions and support following the service plan. This position works with youth and families on skill development such as advocating for their needs, increasing communication, coping, problem-solving, decision-making, managing emotions, resolving conflict, developing a natural support system, and addressing any other social needs. The Youth Worker also provides resources and encourages connection with natural supports and community involvement to work toward identified goals.
