Job Summary
Disaster Restoration Services, LLC (DRS) is a 24/7 full service insurance restoration company that specializes in commercial and residential Water, Fire, Storm and Mold Restoration. We are a very high energy and fast paced company. We are currently hiring a cleaning and restoration technician. This person is part of an emergency mitigation crew, cleaning up after fires, floods, mold, wind damage, biohazard, and other miscellaneous disasters.
Principal Duties:
Perform tasks involving physical labor at building and construction projects and demolition sites.
Cleaning Technician.
Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, biohazard, and fire damage cleanup.
Flexibility to assist the team when needed on any type of service line/job.
Setting up equipment for drying structures, taking readings and measurements as needed.
Demolition.
Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing.
Biohazard clean up.
Load and unload building materials, machinery, and tools.
Clean and prepare job sites.
Commercial and Residential cleaning skills.
Ability to communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork.
Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times.

Qualifications and Skills
Key Qualifications:
Must be available for on call rotation. Available for emergency work after hours and on weekends. We are a company with 24/7 operation.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach as necessary.
Travels as necessary.
Restoration experience preferred, but will train.
Adheres to jobsite security and safety standards.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Must be a team player and self motivated.
Must be detail oriented and organized
Must have valid drivers license.
