Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.   • Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing peer to peer support and guidance to individuals in need, helping them navigate through various challenges and access the resources they require. Your role will involve crisis management, social work, leading groups, one on one case management, workforce development, motivational interviewing, addiction support , and connecting individuals to additional behavioral/mental health support.

    Duties:
    - Conduct comprehensive assessments of client member's needs and develop individualized care plans
    - Provide recovery coaching and peer support to client members, addressing their emotional, social, and practical needs
    - Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and referrals
    - Assist client members in accessing community resources such as housing assistance, healthcare, employment opportunities, and educational programs
    - Monitor client member's progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
    - Advocate for client member's rights and ensure they receive appropriate services
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client member's interactions and progress

    -assist in transporting client member's to the main building for groups and services.

    -Lead Recovery Circle groups

    -Data Entry

    -Meal preparations

    -Member outreach

    -Support the needs of the program and other duties assigned.

    Skills:

    - Background in social work or related field with a deep understanding of social issues affecting individuals and families

    - Crisis management skills to effectively handle emergency situations
    - Experience in workforce development to help client members improve their job skills and find employment opportunities
    - Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques to inspire positive change in clients' lives
    - Familiarity with addiction support principles and techniques to support individuals struggling with substance abuse
    - Understanding of behavioral health concepts to address mental health concerns

    - Ability to work both as a team member and independently

    -Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    -Strong time management skills

    -Valid Washington Driver’s License

    -Ability to meet the physical and training requirements of the position
