Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Disaster Restoration Manager in St. George, UT. As an experienced Disaster Restoration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing restoration projects from start to finish. You will oversee all aspects of the restoration process, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities 

•   Project Management: Lead and manage disaster restoration projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

•   Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.

•   Quality Assurance: Ensure that restoration work meets industry standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements by implementing robust quality control measures.

•   Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to restoration teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence.

Qualifications

•   Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster restoration project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale restoration projects.

•   Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of restoration techniques, equipment, materials, and industry best practices.

•   Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and team members.

•   Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Pay

$30.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm 

Rotating on call Schedule
