This role is an integral part of our Disaster Recovery team. As a Disaster Recovery Business Analyst, you will assist with the management and oversight of multiple agency Disaster Recovery Services projects. Your efforts will focus on planning, implementing, and testing to ensure strategic goals are achieved.

Responsibilities of Disaster Recovery Business Analyst:-
You will assist with the development and oversight of state agency disaster recovery business impact analyses, gathering information needed to plan and implement agency disaster recovery services.

You will perform agency consultations to develop disaster recovery plans and work-flows by analyzing business and technical requirements for the agency.

You will recommend disaster recovery solutions and coordinate activities with disaster recovery service vendors. You will serve on project teams as a subject matter expert for disaster recovery planning.

You will perform technical support and system administration for disaster recovery planning software tools. You will perform quality control on agency use of disaster recovery planning software tools.

You will collect and maintain report data for service level agreements and metrics for state agencies and disaster recovery service contractors. you will assist with Disaster Recovery Program documentation updates.

You will provide input to and act as a resource for the development, implementation, maintenance, and dissemination of standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines related to disaster recovery.

You will stay abreast of disaster recovery business analysis methodologies and technology to ensure the State continues to utilize the most appropriate disaster recovery architecture, equipment, and services.

You will perform other related duties as required or needed. This position is considered essential, especially during emergency or weather-related events.
