Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Performs initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments according to accepted standards of nursing practice.
    • Develops a nursing plan of care consistent with the master treatment plan.
    • Participates in treatment team conferences to assist in planning and revising goals, objectives, and interventions appropriate to each patient's age-related and problem-specific needs.
    • Implements nursing plan of care for assigned patients and conducts and co-leads group therapy sessions for patients.
    • Evaluates the patient's response to interventions and revise the nursing plan of care as needed.
    • Collaborates with the treatment team to revise goals, objectives, and interventions appropriate to the changes in patient status.


    Required Skills/Abilities:


    • The scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.


    Education and Experience:


    • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
    • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (GN) obtained before the start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or a Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of practice is required or must be obtained before hire or job transfer date or current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained before hire or job transfer date.
