Disaster Recovery Administrator jobs in Odessa, TX

Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     The ideal candidate for a Recovery Agent is an individual who either has experience in the auto recovery or Towing/PPI field. The candidate must be willing to go the extra mile for our clients to provide the highest level of customer service and order completion.

    Job Requirements

    • Must be at least 25 years old.
    • Must have no felonies on record for at least 7 years.
    • Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
    • Must be team oriented.
    • Be willing to learn the asset recovery services field with a positive attitude.
    • Be able to maintain, operate and keep the assigned vehicle clean.
    • Obtain/retain at all times a valid DOT medical card.
    • Be computer literate.
    • Be able to complete updates on each case when required by the client.
    • Be able to complete condition reports and provide an inventory of personal property on each repossessed vehicle accurately after the vehicle has been secured.
    • Be able to communicate clearly and courteously, act professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
    • Display the standards and expectations of the company when dealing with the public or any customer.
    • Be willing to work long or extended hours.
    • Prior repossession experience not required, training will be provided.
