Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     Overview:

    River to Recovery is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Recovery Coach to join our team. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with substance use disorder (SUD) in their journey towards sustained recovery. Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and possesses a deep understanding of the challenges associated with addiction recovery.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a supportive liaison between individuals with SUD, the addiction treatment system, and community resources to facilitate holistic care and sustained recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based services and treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual. Address barriers to successful recovery by providing mentorship, advocacy, and guidance. Actively engage in outreach efforts to promote participation in recovery-oriented, self-help, and pro-social groups. Assist individuals in accessing appropriate treatment for SUD and co-occurring conditions, ensuring rapid identification of treatment needs. Contribute to data collection for quality assurance and program evaluation purposes. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years in sustained recovery from substance use disorder. Certified Recovery Coach designation preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong advocacy skills and familiarity with community-based services and resources. Comfortable with various pathways to recovery and committed to patient-centered care. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and circumstances. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and internet usage. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Schedule:

    • Part-time position, Tuesdays and Thursdays with potential for more. Saturdays may be an option is desired. Most hours worked form 8:30-2:00
