Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Department of Nursing is seeking a Staff Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care and Second Stage Recovery Unit to perform specific tasks to assist members of the Nursing team in providing patient care under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager.
Characteristic Duties of our Staff Nurses include but are not limited to:
Percent of Time: 100%
Schedule: Monday-Friday 4- 10-hour shifts, or 2- eight-hour shifts and 2- 12-hour shifts. Hours between (0800-2030) will work until 2030 3 days. No holidays or weekends.
Location: UIHC Main Campus
Salary: $54,000 (at 90% effort) to commensurate *this does not include inpatient or shift differential
Pay Differentials: Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. Premium pay for additional shifts greater than 4 hours. Inpatient differentials up to $5,000 per year
Benefits Highlights:
Positions will require a full-time orientation schedule of eight-hour shifts, or ten-hour shifts, primarily Monday through Friday, with one rotating day off per week for ten-hour orientation shifts.
