Disaster Recovery Administrator implements and supports the policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the recovery, security, and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster. Performs risk management analysis and documents disaster recovery plans. Being an Disaster Recovery Administrator identifies and secures the necessary off-site resources required for the organization's resumption plan. Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Administrator confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Disaster Recovery Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     $23.00-$28.00

    SUMMARY

    • Partners with operations to provide functional support and cross trains in several key office functions- including human resources, customer service, and accounting.

    Key Responsibilities and Functions:

    • Works with agencies to onboard temp employees
    • Participate in recruiting for hourly positions
    • Benefits administration- help and guide employees with benefits concerns
    • Guides employees with concerns such as fmla, while remaining confidentiality
    • Works with operations on employee engagement
    • Tracks pto and attendance issues
    • Works with HR on processing new hires
    • Process incoming / outgoing mail
    • Answer telephones in a courteous manner, routes calls, take messages, answers routine inquiries and provides general information, greets and directs visitors
    • Provides high level of customer service and assistance to vendors and employees
    • Communicate in person and through correspondence with high professionalism to vendors, customers, and senior leadership
    • Complete payroll for hourly and temp employees.
    • Assist with month end reporting.
    • Run and analyze production and commission reports.  
    • Close job orders.
    • Support plant with general office duties and special projects.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience:

    • 3 years manufacturing environment
    • Prior experience working with others is required
    • Demonstrated experience in managing payroll, recruiting, and or benefits will be required.
    • Extensive skills with computers- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
    • Must be motivated and willing to learn new tasks
    • Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality
    • High school diploma required
    • College degree preferred in business, communications, HR field.
