Family Centered Services of Alaska (FCSA) is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) corporation founded in 1989 by Fairbanks, Alaska community members committed to helping children with a wide spectrum of behavioral and mental health needs. Today, FCSA has over 100 employees dedicated to our mission of providing unconditional care to children and their families.
FCSA provides behavioral and mental health services to youth aged 5-19. Services include outpatient therapy, education, foster care, and short or long-term residential treatment. FCSA is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and was one of the first organizations to be licensed by the state to establish, recruit, and monitor foster homes.

Family Centered Services of Alaska is looking for a Community Based Services Program Manager to lead our Community Based Services Programs. As the Community Based Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of our community programs. You will work closely with individuals with behavioral health issues, their families, and staff to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
