As a Claims Examiner for JHHP, you’ll:

• Analyze, investigate, and adjudicate medical claims
• Work with three separate lines of business as you process basic payments and/or claims denials
• Organize and prioritize your work in order to maintain turnaround time and production goals.

What you’ll bring:

• 1 years’ experience as a medical claim examiner in a health plan environment
• High School Diploma or Equivalent. College degree preferred but not required
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of medical terminology in addition to CPT and ICD-10-codes
• Ability to resolve difficulties quickly, make decisions and institute change when appropriate.
• Excellent organization, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of standard Microsoft office package; data entry skills required.
