Director of Total Quality Deployment deploys total quality operational excellence policies and programs within an organization. Develops master plans, timelines, and budget allocation for implementation. Being a Director of Total Quality Deployment forms and guides cross functional teams. Additionally, Director of Total Quality Deployment utilizes Six Sigma/Lean methodologies and typically is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.     • Deliver rewards programs that are differentiated, valued, equitable and give us an edge in attracting & retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds.
    • Enable leaders to make great equitable rewards decisions and have productive pay conversations.
    • Redesign Processes and Leverage Technology to Scale through end to end review of HCM, Talent, Compensation and Benefits processes to optimize for efficiency, customer experience and scale. Elevate our approach to process design and system development with improved project management, change management and design thinking.
    • Develop people analytics capability and design an approach to reporting that creates real time insights that are readily accessible and action oriented.
    • Build and retain a high performing team,
    • Define and apply strong governance practices to our rewards processes to mitigate the biggest risks and demonstrate compliance.

    Key Attributes:

    • 10 years in a Compensation/Total Rewards leadership role, leading a team of 5 people
    • Experience creating a total rewards/compensation strategy and programs in a high tech or SAAS company is preferred
    • Track record of regular interaction with senior-level executives, the Board of Directors at a public company and driving company-wide initiatives
    • Strong relationship builder, who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment


    Compensation & Benefits

    The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $175,000 - $300,000.

    The actual base salary for this role may vary greatly to account for the wide range of skills, experience, and qualifications that candidates may possess at this level. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary expectations during the hiring process.

    Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
