1 on 1 training and mentorship with Our Chief Operations Officer. We are looking for 1 person, not a class of 50. We will teach you the business to have a long career in the Real Estate Industry. It is near impossible to get into this field with no experience!

No experience? No worries! All we require is on-site attendance and a Bachelor's Degree. You will have the ability to learn Multiple Parts of the Real Estate Lending Operation! The role would be doing Conventional Underwriting, Pipeline Management for the company, Pre-Approvals for all loan programs and creative solution / problem solving with Sales floor on structure.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Providing elite service to internal and external clients
• Learning investor guidelines, lending policies, and the required documentation, policy and procedures of TQL for Different Operations Departments
• Developing strong computer skills, including Internet knowledge
• Managing multiple priorities, while building rapport with Internal and External clients

Must Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Client Service Experience
• Work or Life experience with using complex logic and problem solving skills
• Advanced computer experience – ability to multitask on dual monitors
• On-site Attendance in Carmel ,Indiana

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
