As the Director of Operations and Systems, you will provide support and assistance to the team to help ensure that both the operational service objectives for Team Members and financial performance meet budget and goals. You will build relationships with our regional management team, team members, corporate teams, and vendors. You will have continuous learning and development opportunities to achieve your career goals .

Your job responsibilities as The Director of Operations and Systems:

You will work with the regional management to collaborate, plan, execute, and maintain overall regional operations and systems. This position will identify opportunities, manage project plans, develop strategies, and execute these strategies to increase and maintain efficient business and system operations. In addition, this position will play a critical role in defining, establishing, validating, and complying with HUB Broker Standards and best practices as established by the Great Plains Region.

Qualifications:

• You are perfect for this opportunity if you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university (preferred). At least five years of experience in insurance operations, insurance systems, and M&A preferred. Previous management experience (preferred). Experience with Epic, Benefit Point, and other insurance-related software is (preferred).
