Starting Pay: $12.98 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm EST

Mail & Scanning Specialist Responsibilities Include:

• Use scanning tools to convert client information from paper to electronic format
• Label & save electronic files into appropriate electronic locations
• Collect daily paper mail, faxes, client documentation delivered in person & electronic documents
• Route mail, new client packets, etc. to appropriate internal departments/personnel
• Task appropriate team member for record review
• Ensure that scanned paperwork is disposed of appropriately
• Convert mailed electronic media to appropriate format & attach to appropriate client files
• Call providers to resolve issues with electronic mail
• Any & all other duties needed to serve the mission

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Mail & Scanning Specialist starting pay rate is $12.98 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 17 to 29 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
