Direct Mail Specialist jobs in South Dakota

General Summary: Preparing mail and scanning mail into the customer’s virtual mailbox and assisting with mail processing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collecting mail in bins from virtual mail customers
• Verifying that the customer is indeed a virtual mail customer
• Upon customer’s request open and scan contents of an envelope into customer’s virtual mailbox
• Put scanned virtual mail into correct mailboxes
• Reconciliation of virtual mail
• Assist with mail processing
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Manager
