We are looking for energetic and attentive individuals who have desire and drive to excel in a customer service environment. After 20 years in business we must have employees with excellent telephone and communication skills. You must be dependable, responsible, teachable, and self-efficient. Wage depends on experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Make outbound calls
• Complete monthly customer service calls
• Complete weekly task calls
• Update the Customer Service Drop Down
• Follow up on e-mails
• Follow up on voicemails
• Record documentation
• Communicate with case managers
• Track Orders
• Place, skip, or hold orders accordingly
• File FedEx Complaints
• Transfer calls to correct department
• Update member account information
• Provide exceptional call experience
• Intermediate excel use
• Communicate proper information to correct and accurate representatives/department
• Follow company policy and procedures
