The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for assisting the GM with all Front of the House operational aspects of the restaurant. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising hourly employees, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, providing friendly and efficient guest service, optimizing profitability, and completion of all administrative duties according to company policy. This position will provide leadership through coaching and developing employees, provide guidance, and communicate ACFP’s standards, expectations, vision and values to all employees. Our Dining Room (FOH) Supervisors generally: * Manage operations including guest service and FOH staff while ensuring the restaurant’s standards of quality, service and operations are maintained. * Manage operations during their scheduled shift which may include: team support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning and upholding standards of quality, service and cleanliness. * Identify operational opportunities to build sales, control costs, and assists in developing and implementing plans to address opportunities. * Opening and closing the restaurant per standards and procedures. * Preform various financial activities including but not limited to inventory and cash-handling aspects of the operations. * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Possess strong leadership and assessment skills.
