Overview

As a Dining Room Supervisor at Locals Tacos and Tequila , you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the dining room.

You will play a crucial role in providing a high-quality dining experience for our guests by coordinating and supervising the front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of host / hostess, bussers, and servers to ensure efficient and friendly service.
• Ensure that guests are greeted warmly, seated promptly, and provided with exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Manage table assignments and reservations, optimizing seating arrangements to accommodate guest flow.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, as well as ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Effective at managing reservations, table assignments, and guest flow during peak hours.
• Willingness to collaborate with the restaurant staff to provide a seamless dining experience.
