Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at J&R Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in managing clients, assisting sales in presenting and onboarding new clients across diverse industries such as hospitality, construction, and beauty. This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a team of experts dedicated to crafting tailored marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a dedicated account manager for assigned clients, handling daily and weekly communication.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, gaining insights into their business and collaborating to define and achieve mutual goals.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners, including designers, developers, photographers, and videographers.
• Provide innovative ideas, strategies, and solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
• Utilize our custom analytics/dashboard tools to deliver monthly reports, interpreting data, and conducting monthly check-ins with clients.
• Work closely with the team to document tasks or projects within our management tools, ensuring effective communication with both clients and team members.
• Evaluate the quality of work produced by the team, providing constructive feedback and managing change requests.
• Ensure profitability of projects by following proper processes and updating relevant business tools such as our CRM and client management systems.
• Engage with clients through email, in-person meetings, and virtual sessions to ensure effective communication and maintain profitability.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients enrolled in full-service digital marketing plans.
• Contribute to one-off and recurring projects by working closely with internal team members.
• Handle basic website updates and address questions or issues related to clients’ websites or online presence.

Experience:

• Open to candidates with varied educational backgrounds.
• Prefer candidates with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, website design, branding, or related fields.
• Strongly prefer experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Utilize tools such as Asana, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Slack, and Gmail on a daily basis.
• Adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.
