Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day operations to implement the digital marketing strategy and to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Supervisor guides the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Supervisor reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Digital Marketing Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Digital Marketing Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Position Summary:

    We are looking for a creative and strategic digital marketing team lead to join us and help grow our online presence, boost conversions, increase engagement, and drive sales. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our company's mission, vision, and values. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing projects and campaigns across various channels, such as web, email, social media, and display advertising. 
    • Partner closely with our Director of Marketing to oversee the development and maintenance of our website.
    • Ensure that our website is user-friendly, secure, up-to-date, and aligned with our organizational goals and brand identity.
    • Manage our social media accounts, which includes developing and executing our social media calendar to align with our content strategy.  
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
    • Lead a small, nimble digital marketing team. 
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns, including budget, content, design, performance, and reporting.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, product, design, and development.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our digital marketing using various metrics and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media analytics.
    • Identify and evaluate new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
    • Create and maintain an editorial calendar and a content pipeline for our digital channels.
    • Ensure that our digital marketing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.
    • Plan, implement, manage, and update the organization’s website.
    • Ensure that the website is user-friendly, functional, secure, and accurate.
    • Collaborate with marketing team members, product/service subject matter experts, and content creation staff to create and maintain website content that supports the organization’s strategy and brand identity.
    • Identify and implement strategies to improve website user experience, lead conversions, SEO, and PPC
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues, such as bugs, errors, broken links, security breaches, etc.
    • Conduct regular tests and audits to ensure website quality and efficiency.
    • Keep up with the latest web trends, best practices, and technologies.
    • Ensure that the website complies with all relevant laws and regulations, such as privacy, accessibility, etc.

    Required Experience:

    • At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
    • At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience 
    • Experience with website and social media strategy 

    Preferred Experience:

    • 3 years in B2B marketing within cybersecurity and/or technology service space
    • Familiar with web design and development principles and practices, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
    • Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.

    Required Skills, Education and/ or Certifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations 
    • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and generative AI
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong knowledge of current marketing tools and trends, as well as a passion for digital marketing and innovation.

    Preferred Skills, Education and/ or Certifications: 

    • Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred.
