Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager

The eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing and eCommerce strategies for a portfolio of EOS Hospitality properties. The role demands a dynamic professional adept at driving revenue growth through innovative digital strategies and eCommerce solutions.

eCommerce Management:

• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to maximize online revenue.
• Manage hotel websites and optimize for SEO, user experience, and conversion.
• Work closely with property management to ensure accurate and appealing content.
• Analyze website performance and implement improvements.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and manage digital content.
• Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

CRM and Email Marketing:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance guest engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to various customer segments.
• Monitor and analyze CRM and email campaign performance, optimizing for conversion and engagement.
• Use CRM insights to inform and refine overall digital marketing strategies and personalization efforts.

Revenue Optimization:

• Collaborate with revenue management teams to align digital strategies with pricing and inventory strategies.
• Utilize analytics tools to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
• Collaborate with revenue management teams on online travel agency (OTA) relationships and strategies.

The role can be remote based in EST time zone and will support our Cape Cod, MA and Key West, FL properties.
