Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join the Hawkes Learning marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing new digital marketing strategies with a focus on marketing automation, lead generation and nurturing campaigns, CRM integration design, and other key objectives. This position requires expertise in marketing automation, campaign strategy and execution, program monitoring, distribution management, brand strategy, and CRM integration management. Experience in the higher education technology industry is preferred. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute marketing automation processes to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency. 
• Identify and manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive engagement. 
• Develop innovative and effective campaign strategies to achieve marketing goals. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaign assets and messaging. 
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing programs. 
• Provide insights and recommendations on how to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. 
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. 
• Manage the distribution of digital content across various online channels. 
• Lead the development and execution of brand strategy initiatives. 
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute webinar and social media strategies to engage target audiences. 
• Advise on the integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with marketing tech stack. 
• Implement, document, and advocate best practices to enhance customer relationships and communication. 
• Foster creativity within the team, driving creative and innovative marketing ideas. 

Requirements

• Ideal candidate is located in Charleston, SC; role will be remote working, with in-office time monthly (1-2 days/month).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role. 
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools. 
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. 
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital analytics tools. 
• Higher education technology industry experience is preferred. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
