They will also be analytical and curious, results-driven, and have experience with inbound, SEO, SEM, SMM, websites, account-based marketing and attribution techniques and technical knowledge of Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement (or similar), Salesforce CRM, and the overall marketing technology stack.
