Responsibilities:

• Executive Assistance:
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for company executives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive team members.
• Assist in managing office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
• Digital Marketing Coordination:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Support the maintenance of the company website and online presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in executive assistance and/or digital marketing roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
