Digital Marketing Director develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Director leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Director reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Digital Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Digital Marketing Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Job Title: Lab Associate
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Position Objective
The Lab Associate is principally responsible for engaging in the full range of operations of the Manufacturing Facility to produce cannabis products. Our lab department is a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail. The individual must have a good understanding of the RLD rules and regulations along with proper food handling and sanitation procedures. As a lab associate, the work performed by the employee shall be under the general supervision of the Facility Manager.
Major Functions
Production Operations (40%)
- Produce/infuse cannabis products to meet daily lab targets in accordance with the SOPS.
- Ensure all finished goods have been checked to meet sanitary and quality standards.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety rules and regulations.
- Ensures work area is clean and free of safety hazards.
Inventory Management (30%)
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory for materials.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Inventory Tracking Systems.
- Ensure all production is accurately recorded into the ERP tracking system and documented.
Compliance & Safety(30%)
- Develop an autonomous command of all lab procedures.
- Observe and maintain the highest standards of 5S methodology.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety rules and regulations.
