Digital Marketing Director develops and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Director leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Director reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Digital Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Expectations of this Position:

    • Prospecting for and selling RRM’s marketing solutions across various marketplaces.
    • Effectively communicate product details, benefits, and pricing structure to prospective clients.
    • Cultivating enduring relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
    • Leveraging B2B sales experience and knowledge to call high within small organizations.
    • Owning the full sales cycle, from the initial presentation to closing.
    • Frequently self-evaluating performance to ensure alignment with the corporate mission, sales department's mission, and company values.
    • Working remotely while also conducting face-to-face prospecting and sales within a prescribed geographic area.
    • Reporting directly to the Director of Sales.
    • Be willing to travel at least one time per month.

    Requirements:

    • 3 Years of Business to Business sales experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
    • Ability to sell products costing the buyer /- $25000 annually.
    • Ability to earn more than $125,000 annually.
    • Ability to understand and convey the features, advantages, and benefits of various products and services.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Experience in a two-call close sales environment.
    • Comfortable working in a medium pressure, closely managed team.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work remotely and conduct face-to-face sales.
    • Willingness to be held accountable for performance and results.
    • Technical skills: ability to effectively navigate technology including Microsoft 365 Products.
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Prior knowledge and experience in marketing is a plus.
    • Quiet, designated remote work from home area is required.
