As the Sr Marketing Director – TROP2 Lung Brand Strategy, you will be accountable for developing and implementing a robust commercial strategy for current and future Lung TROP2 ADC, a key asset in the AstraZeneca oncology portfolio. You will own the strategic marketing of our TROP2 brand across current and future Lung indications.
Accountabilities:
Your key responsibilities will include leading the commercial marketing strategy and execution for the TROP2 ADC lung indication and preparing for future indications launches. You will also lead the development of overarching HCP and consumer marketing strategies and tactics, monitor and diagnose brand performance, and prepare business updates for senior leadership. You will work closely with sales and sales effectiveness teams to ensure strategy execution and performance-oriented culture.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 7 years of marketing or related experience in the global oncology or biotechnology field
- Proven success in-market marketing experience
- Comprehensive understanding of drug development and commercialization process
- Validated proficiency in marketing, both HCP and Consumer
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Master's or higher in a relevant field
- 10 Experience in US Oncology Marketing
- Customer-facing Oncology Experience
- Experience leading an Oncology Marketing Team
