Director Digital Marketing Analytics
Job Summary:
The Director Digital Marketing Analytics will shape the vision and learning agenda for the Digital Analytics teams. In this role you will help elevate the role of Analytics & Insights across all digital channels as well as be a thought leader on lead attribution. This position will be responsible for developing insights at the top of the funnel as well as having a full understanding of full-funnel conversion to drive overall lifetime value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of analysts to develop detailed quantitative analysis to develop meaningful insights to optimize business performance
Synthesize data across multiple sources to maximize insights and drive clarity for key stakeholders while generating reliable cross-channel reporting for higher-level consumption and performance readouts
Provide variance and impact analyses of lead generation cost revenue and contribution margin
Collaborate closely with internal marketing team members to develop evergreen and ad hoc reporting as needed to ensure each team has the data needed to hit KPI targets
Provide customized refreshable reporting to all internal marketing teams to minimize the need for ad-hoc reporting
Serve as subject matter expert and give business direction to the Data Science and Business Intelligence groups
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects multiple channels and segments simultaneously in a cross-functional team
Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics A/B testing tools and personalization platforms
In-depth understanding of tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager Tealium) and data visualization tools (e.g. Quicksite)
Expertise in implementing GA4 required Power user in SQL ∙ Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Marketing or Business Administration required
Minimum of 8 years of management experience required

Strong proficiency with SQL – 3 years of experience required
Experience with GA4 conversion required
Proven track record achieving success in large projects
Experience with lead attribution
Proven track record of leveraging data insights to drive business growth and inform decision-making
