We're currently on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Account Director to lead our account management team and drive the strategic direction of our client services.

Your Role:

As the Digital Marketing Account Director, you'll ensure the highest level of service is delivered across all client engagements, setting the bar for excellence in the industry. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our client relationships and the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the delivery of AAMP Agency services, guaranteeing client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction, understanding and acting upon client objectives, KPIs, and long-term ambitions.
• Manage and grow our team of account managers, embedding AAMP's values and high service standards.
• Design and implement operational processes and service standards for the account management team.
• Drive long-term strategic direction for each account, including participation in new account pitches.
• Ensure bottom-line accountability for assigned accounts, focusing on performance, client partnerships, and profitability.
• Champion clients' business goals across all platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing plans.
• Lead the account management team, fostering strong client relationships and a culture of business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, web development) to ensure timely and budget-aligned plan implementation.
• Identify and present business-building ideas to clients, reinforcing the agency's value-added services.
• Strategically collaborate with senior leadership to align agency deliverables with client strategies.
• Initiate and contribute to new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration, positive conflict resolution, and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple staff and accounts simultaneously.
• Strong mentoring skills to cultivate a team of future superstars.

• Ability to identify and capitalize on business-building opportunities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks independently with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• 4 years of experience in Account Management or a related role, with a preference for those familiar with project management and reporting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
