The Associate Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for the development and delivery of marketing research and analytics reporting for the nation’s #1 mortgage lender, UWM. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Analyst on a wide range of projects from audience segmentation to campaign performance reports. You’ll collect and analyze data, develop preliminary conclusions and identify implications that help the marketing team and other stakeholders understand and act. And you’ll identify new and optimized ways to deliver data while increasing timeliness and relevance — all while ensuring a high level of quality control.
If you understand how to measure and report on key performance metrics, have experience pulling data from marketing tools like Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Qualtrics and love to dig into the “why” behind data, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Fielding analytics requests from marketing team members and leadership to uncover key performance metrics and insights that drive business objectives
Compiling reports and presentations of findings in easily digestible formats, including effectively visualizing the data
Utilizing various data sources and reporting tools to pull together reports, including Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and internal databases
Maintaining our marketing dashboard platform, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, including adding new data, cleaning data and building new dashboards & widgets
Updating event tracking on company websites with Google Tag Manager
Ensuring data quality across all marketing channels through routine data audits
Assisting the Marketing Research Analyst on larger research projects, as needed
