Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that effectively integrate various channels and platforms, aligning with the company’s goals and KPIs.
Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to produce creative and compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with the Senior E-commerce Manager and other team members to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with our Marketing Associate.
Serve as a project manager for marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Actively manage the agencies to deliver projects on time, serving as the go-to person for execution-related queries.
Oversee the management and optimization of paid media and PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Amazon, ensuring maximum ROI.
Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine our marketing approach continually.
Direct the creation and execution of impactful email marketing campaigns, aligning them with the overall marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversions.
Identify new opportunities for growth for third-party channels, optimize existing listings, and lead ppc campaigns.
Work with the content team on the social media calendar, strategizing and implementing organic posts and paid campaigns to drive engagement and achieve marketing goals.
Develop engaging A content on Amazon, ensuring brand consistency and market competitiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas and technologies into our marketing efforts to keep our brand competitive.
Demonstrate leadership in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to developing and sharing best practices and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Significant experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of leading projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Strong background in hands-on digital marketing execution, with expertise in PPC, email marketing, content creation, and analytics.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
