Vert is a growing agency supporting a variety of clients’ business goals through world-class digital strategy. Week in and week out, we research, plan, build, execute, optimize and report on campaigns across dozens of different channels.

Vert’s Creative team turns ideas and analytics into art. Whether through images, animation, video, or copy, we connect our clients’ brands to their audience to drive action and results.

As a Digital Marketing Designer at Vert, you’ll be in the trenches with us, helping to create everything from social posts to websites. A spirit of collaboration will be necessary –you’ll be working closely with other members of the Creative team to bring brands to life and engage a wide variety of users. Some of the things you’ll be working on include creative concepting, social content, digital advertising campaigns, email campaigns, websites, and photo editing.

What You’ll Have

• A portfolio of work showcasing marketing campaigns, video editing, and animations
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro 
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• An unquenchable thirst for knowledge, willingness to learn, and the ability to apply new concepts in a fast-paced environment
• Proactivity and a willingness to ask questions and seek out feedback
• Ability to take direction and speak to the rationale behind your work
• An ongoing knowledge of industry trends and pop culture
• Bonus skills that would be helpful but are not required:
  • Experience with Figma and designing emails
  • Illustration skills

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with other Creative team members on a wide range of deliverables including social feed and story posts, digital advertising campaigns, email campaigns, websites, infographics, and the occasional print project
• Produce work that is both innovative and on-brand
• Ideate and conceptualize creative solutions to drive business goals, according to a creative brief
• Edit and manipulate photo and video assets
• Create and review/refine deck presentations in Google Slides

This is a part-time paid position (10-20 hours per week). Vert embraces a hybrid work model, so some work will be completed remotely and some from our Atlanta office. Pay range for this role is $20-30/hour.
