SUMMARY
We are seeking a Digital Design Manager to co-lead the creative team as well as drive the development of high-quality, effective digital content. In this role, you will be responsible for creating content for our digital channels inclusive of direct-to-consumer (DTC) to bring the brand to life through storytelling via our website, email/SMS marketing, social media, eTail media and other digital marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and improve customer retention. This role also drives optimization within the existing Product Information and Content Management systems with support from the eCommerce team. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of digital design and management experience.
