Best Home Health is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our team of clinicians. We are a home health agency with offices across Northern Louisiana. We provide in-home care to a patients with a variety of acuities. The Registered Dietitian will be instrumental in working with our diabetic patients. He/she will work with patients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits to promote health in managing their diabetes. The Registered Dietitian will also help plan and implement nutritional programs to help our patients lead healthier lives.
