What We Do: We service most Cars, Trucks and Light Duty Diesel Trucks, accept most extended warranties and our services include everything from oil changes & scheduled maintenance to diagnostics and major repairs.

Routine Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose customer complaints and concerns efficiently and correctly.
• Road Test vehicles to diagnose and assure repairs have been made correctly.
• Documenting diagnostic steps and procedures fully and legibly on the repair order.
• Perform multi-point digital vehicle inspections.
• Communicate results of diagnosis and multipoint inspection with your Service Advisor so that customers can be informed and make decisions regarding service needed.
• Perform needed services and repairs.
• Mentor other technicians in both diagnostic and standard repair procedures.
• Be willing to transfer your knowledge to others to improve their overall abilities.
• Keeping the work area clean and safe.
