-Position: Group Coordinator Lead
-Shift: Rotating schedule 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
-Pay: Day shift $20.25 /hr
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate may also possess the following skills: Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift, Quality Control, Material Handler, Equipment Operator, Sit-down, Clamp.
-Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility to include: Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas.
-A minimum of 3 years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.
-The role reports directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for training associates, monitoring production, giving constructive feedback to the associates, providing training to new associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.
-A minimum of 6 month’s experience operating Sit-down, Clamp material handling equipment is required.
-Candidates will be required to work every other weekend. The rotating day schedule is as follows: One week employees work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, and the following week employees work Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday. The schedule rotates back and forth between these two weekly schedules.
-Candidates must be comfortable working in colder environments. The average temperature of the warehouse is 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Candidates will be required to attend Orientation/Skills and Inventory training at the facility in Dover, DE for three weeks during 1st shift and 2nd shift hours.
